Jewellery that is not customised can be returned anytime within 100 days from the date the order is placed. Engraving is considered as 'customising a ring' and hence engraved rings cannot be exchanged/returned. Please note that we will NOT accept returns for used jewellery. Jewellery returned by you, should be in brand new original condition with the packaging supplied.
